Puerto Banús and sandy beaches are only some five minutes drive away and four major golf courses within ten minutes. It is located in a very calm and quiet area without any traffic noise – relaxing and energizing.
A guided tour
Casa Montaña has 5 bedrooms in total and can accommodate 10 adults additionally 3 children in two extra beds and one cot. The 560 sqm villa, incl 70 sqm Guest House, offers a courtyard entrance that leads straight into a double-sided hallway into the charming lounge with an open log fireplace. You continue through the lounge onto the large, covered, furnished terrace, overlooking the large heated pool with children-proof cover. Olive, palm and fruit trees and a very green environment are surrounding the 1.891 sqm plot. The terrace and pool area are indeed private with no neighbors’ or by-passers’ view into this area.
Through a small hallway passage from the lounge you get into the dining room with patio doors onto the outside dining area with BBQ, which can be used all year around since it can be covered – or uncovered.
The en-suite kitchen is fully fitted and has brand new white goods and is equipped with all necessary appliances and with a breakfast area.
Bedrooms
The villa has three bedrooms in the main building plus one bedroom at the end of the house with separate entrance and exit to the garden and pool. This double bedroom also has a sauna. The fifth bedroom is in the chiringuito style pool house/guest house
The spacious, charming master bedroom is on the first floor with a stunning view east from the large terrace and with a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with both a shower cabin and a bathtub.
The other two bedrooms in Spanish style are on the ground floor with a bathroom in between. A guest toilet is in the hallway.
The villa has heated terracotta floors throughout, beamed ceilings and warm colors on walls and furniture. Tasteful carpets, paintings, furniture and interior design items complete the warm and personal atmosphere.
The 50 sqm chiringuito style Guest House/Pool House was completed in 2021 and consists of a large furnished lounge area with a charming fireplace, a bar and a fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the garden and the pool. Here is also the fifth bedroom. There is underfloor heating as well as AC. Outside is a 25 sqm L-shaped terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as a few chairs where you can enjoy the sun and a great sea and mountain view.
